Rebranding including a detailed style guide to ensure brand continuity. The concept was to use abstract letters of the FM abbreviation of Facilities Management. The use of angles form the shape of these letters in a subtle way. These abstract shapes also symbolise a structural building relating directly to the industry. Only symbolising the FM opens the business up to the possibility of expanding to other cities, allowing for future growth.

The Brand Guidelines in the preview below, outlines the brand use across different marketing use, colours, fonts and logo use. It also showcases the original logo and outlines in detail the need for the rebrand.
